All orders are shipped via Aramex and delivered to your door anywhere in South Africa.

Shipping Rate A flat rate of R99 applies to all orders.

Turnaround Time

Aprons & Bags: All aprons and bags are made to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped.

Meal Plans: Meal plans are digital products and are available immediately upon purchase. No shipping applies.
