Refund policy

We want you to love your apron. Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, we handle returns and exchanges with care to protect both you and our craft.

Exchanges We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition.

  • If the incorrect size was selected, the customer covers the return courier.
  • If we made an error, we cover all courier fees.

Refunds Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or
  • You received the wrong item.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

No Returns for Change of Mind Because our aprons are made in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for items that have been worn or washed.

Digital Products Meal plans are non-refundable as they are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase.
